Living Longer Living Stronger

Men's and Women's sessions targeted at maintaining bone density in older adults. The program is endorsed and staff are trained by Council on the Ageing. No fitness prerequisites.

When: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 8am to 9am.

Where: Collingwood Leisure Centre, Turnbull Street, Clifton Hill.

Cost: $30 initial consultation then $5 per casual session.

Over 60s Group

This lively bunch of women share outings, guest speakers and discussions about health and topics of general interest on a weekly basis.

When: Mondays, 1.30pm to 3.30pm.

Where: North Yarra Community Health, 365 Hoddle Street, Collingwood.

Cost: $2.50 per session.

Koorie Stories and Songs

elebrate Reconciliation week at the Fitzroy Library (128 Moor Street) with a night of Koorie stories and songs.

Aboriginal singer-songwriters will perform amongst the books in this free event that will celebrate music, story and the spirit of reconciliation.

This free event will take place on Wednesday 30 May from 6.30pm-8pm.

Emerging QandA

Based on the popular TV show Q&A, Emerging QandA is a political commentary chat show presented live at the Fitzroy Town Hall’s Reading Room (201 Napier Street).

Showcasing future voices to watch in the arena of political writing and commentary, our five panellists have diverse interests and experience, and are ready to engage in public debate on the issues of the day.

This free event will take place on Tuesday 29 May from 7.30pm – 8.30pm.
