Maintenance Call Centre - for housing estate residents only

Is something broken or is there a problem with something where you live?

Anything from a broken tap, a toilet that won't flush, a stove that won't work or a faulty washing machine or dryer, then call the Maintenance Call Centre on 13 11 72.

Faults or damage that make your home unsafe or insecure are urgent and will be repaired within 24 hours. Other less serious problems which do not pose a threat will be attended to on a priority basis within seven days. And matters such as a broken cupboard, broken blind or clothes line are classed as non-urgent, and will generally be attended to within two weeks.

When calling, tell the Maintenance Call Centre your name, full address (including flat number) and your phone number, and explain as best as you can what the problem is. You can also request an interpreter in your own language.

If you don't have a phone, you can use the special phone provided at your local housing office, 229 Hoddle Street.

If you have trouble expressing yourself on the phone, the Community Contact Officers in either of the towers will gladly assist you.
