A free practical workshop for the women returning to work.To find out how to get a new job, how to improve your skills and how to built confidence.
This workshop will be beneficial for the carers and women returning to work specially in the hard time of recession when it is hard to find any job.
This workshop will be conducted by Susan Turner who have a great experience in this sector as she has worked in employment Services since 1994. She has had many roles in the community, education and corporate sectors. Susan has worked for Sarina Russo Job Access for the last seven years and is currently Community Liaison and Parenting coordinator.
The topics which are going to discuss in this workshop are:-
•The hidden job market.
•Dos and don’ts of sourcing opportunities, job applications and interviews.
•Confidence and selling yourself.
•Identifying your skills.
•Developing your skills: accessing programs and training.
•Strategies to cope with returning to work.
