Victoria Street Lunar Festival

Celebrate the Year of the Dragon at the wonderfully vibrant Lunar New Year Festival in Richmond.

Victoria Street is the centre of these celebrations, where road closures between Hoddle and Church streets see the popular restaurant and shopping strip come alive for a day-long street party.

Enjoy the sights, smells, sounds and tastes of traditional and contemporary Vietnamese culture.

City of Yarra Carols by Candlelight Concert

Join in this free festive celebration featuring the acclaimed Australian Youth Choir, local school and community choirs, and a special appearance by Father Christmas.

Food, drinks, songbooks and candles will be available for purchase.

Bike parking will be available, and there will be an accessible drop off zone on North Terrace.

Johnston Street Fiesta

The Johnston Street Fiesta showcases the culture, heritage and traditions of Spanish-speaking nations.

This annual two-day street event is a feast for the senses, featuring the sights, smells, sounds and tastes of these vibrant communities.

Dance off those churros to Latin grooves on Saturday night and Sunday, and don’t miss the colourful street performers’ parade.
