The Collingwood Health and Wellbeing Working Group brings together local health and community services, government and community members with an interest in improving the health and wellbeing of the Collingwood community.

Using the results of the Neighbourhood Renewal Community Survey, we have developed a Community Action Plan to address the key health concerns of residents from the local area.

Meetings are held monthly on the third Monday of the month.
